TERMILIFT – Elevators offer service and maintenance of elevators, escalators, parking systems and cargo platforms. This service includes regular or periodic monthly maintenance of the elevators and service intervention upon a user’s request.

Regular monthly maintenance involves checking the elevator once a month and includes checking the lighting in the engine room, checking the power panel, gearing oil level, checking the cabin door, driving window, the cabin, the degree of lubrication of the cabin guides , checking the functionality of the speed limiter and safety contacts, the functionality of the stop button and all other buttons, the functionality of the end switches, the operation of all doors from the elevator and the lubrication of cabin doors, sensor functionality and device reloading evacuation, driving the elevator from station to station. For users where regular monthly maintenance is performed, any call for service is free.
